Hi Robert,
$2000USD was from a sales memo for an upgrade to
W09 two months ago, the price for a full new seat
is $3995USD as posted on the Altium web site today:

Take a look at the Altium web site, and then ask
your sales office why their quote isn't honoring
the price posted on the web $3995US = £2505.80.
