Hi,

the problem is solved. It actualy was a problem with pcb library. My PCB
library database (*.ddb) was organized with links to the external library
files (*.lib). It seems that this type of organization doesn't work
perfectly with Protel. After I created new library database (*.ddb) in witch
i COPIED library files (*.lib) everything is working great. I done some
testings, I opened and closed about 20 pcb projects for 2 or 3 times and
ERROR DID NOT OCCURED ONCE!

I want to thank you everybody for your help and suggestions. I had this
problem for an year and never thought to look into the pcb library for the
problem. As Matt Pobursky wrote:

"This is the one last annoying thing about everyday use of Protel that I
encounter and if I can fix it reliably I'll be a happy camper!".

Thanks,
Dusan
